1. Acceptance
By using the Portal you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you are under 18, you may use the Portal's forms and account features only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. What we are
Jaivik Overseas Consultants (“JOC”) is a study abroad consultancy based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The Portal gives general information and tools (course search, comparison, calculators, mock tests). It is not a university, an immigration authority, or a government body.
3. Information is guidance, not a guarantee
- Fees, entry requirements, English-test scores, intakes, deadlines and scholarships are compiled from official university sources, with source links and dates, and may change. Where we show a source link and date, that is the information as on that date. Where we say “indicative” or “On request”, please confirm with us or the university before you rely on it.
- We do not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval, or any outcome. Admission and visa decisions are made only by universities and immigration authorities.
- Currency conversions are approximate.
4. Our services
- Counselling and enquiry handling on the Portal is free of charge.
- IELTS coaching and other paid services are charged as shown at purchase. Refund and cancellation terms are as confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.
- Starting a paid service means you agree to the specific fee, scope and timelines we confirm to you in writing or on WhatsApp.
5. Your responsibilities
Give accurate information. Do not misuse the Portal, copy or scrape data, use bots, attempt to access others' accounts, or upload unlawful content. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for decisions you take (including paying fees to universities) and should verify critical details on the official university or government website.
6. Third-party links and partners
We link to university and other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or policies. If we process your application through a partner platform, that platform's terms may also apply.
7. Intellectual property
The Portal's design, text, structure, and our compilation and presentation of data belong to JOC. University names, logos and marks belong to their owners. You may view and share links for personal use, but you may not copy, republish, scrape or commercially exploit the content without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, JOC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from changes made by universities or authorities, or from your reliance on information without verifying it.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses we suffer because you gave false information or misused the Portal.
10. Suspension
We may suspend access for misuse.

12. Governing law and disputes
Indian law applies. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. We encourage you to first write to the Grievance Officer (Gaurav Katyal, support@jaivikoverseasconsultants.com) so we can try to resolve it.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
